Liked Chapter 6
Dear Aberdeen Area Arts Council,
Thank you for inviting us to the Chapter 6 concert. I like it so much I went at 7:00 too! That was really fun learning how to make drum sounds. I have heard a capella before but I havn’t heard it with making instaments with their voices. I wish I could go again.

Like the Wizard of Oz
I really like the group Chapter 6. The show was very fun and entertaining to listen to. I enjoyed the music so much, I bout some of their songs, The Wizard of OZ and Ode to Krispy Kreme donuts are my favorites!

5th graders were captivated by Chapter 6
I just wanted to let you know that the Chapter 6 concert my students and I were able to attend last week was great! I have never seen my students that excited while on a field trip. From the minute Chapter 6 went on stage they had their complete attention and kept it the entire time. They were able to interact with the audience but yet keep control. It was a superb performance and we were glad that we were invited to attend!

Appreciated the live performace
The students really enjoyed the concert by Chapter 6. Live performance is a great opportunity for them to be exposed to new styles and music that they may never have listened to before. It is easy for me to forget that they may not get to experience a lot of live music and that they can learn so much by going to the concert and seeing all of the elements we work on in choir put into a professional performance. Seeing, experiencing, and doing are the best ways to learn. I think that they can walk away from a performance and be motivated and inspired to do more theirself.

I want to thank you so very much for having Chapter 6 in Aberdeen and for inviting the Warner Elementary Students. They absolutely loved it and couldn’t quit talking about it!! What a great example of “cool guys” making great music and having fun the Chapter 6 men were!

Chapter 6 is an awe-inspiring group of talented young men that put on a tremendous and memorable show in Aberdeen. My children and I enjoyed the show immensely. We bought a couple of their CD’s and have been playing them ever since. Thank you Stacy and the Aberdeen Arts Council for bringing such talent to Aberdeen.

Thank you so much for inviting Warner Elementary to the Chapter 6 Concert at the Aberdeen Civic Theater. Every student and teacher I talked to afterward was absolutely thrilled about the performance and very appreciative that we had the opportunity to attend. The staff was super efficient and helpful to the students which made everything go smoothly. Great job, and keep up the wonderful work.

Chapter 6 a success!
Hi everyone,
Wednesday was a GREAT day! The snow stayed away and Chapter 6 was able to arrive in Aberdeen without any problems, other than it was cold. The school performace had over 1,250 students from Aberdeen, Warner and Northwestern. By the applause and the smiles on the faces as the students were leaving, I would say they all loved Chapter 6 and probably have downloaded some of their music on their ipods! We had a good crowd for the evening performance. Thanks to everyone who came out on such a cold evening. I saw nurmerous students that evening that had been at the school show. All of the guys in Chapter 6 were so nice and easy to work with in addition to being very talented.
